Terri Schiavo Passes Away

Terri Schiavo Passed away today 13 days after her feeding tube was removed at 9 Am, on 30, march 2005. I hope now, she can rest in Peace. And her family can recover from this tragedy. Of course by Florida law Schiavo will have a Autopsy, and hopefully some of the Unknown answers will be finally filled... Don't for one minute think that Mr Schiavo has anything to do with this Autopsy, its Florida Law that it be done. Some of the things they are going to look into hopefully is.

How did Terri Schiavo actually got Brain Damage... I would think after 15 years though that any traces of Chemical, or trauma would be gone. But who knows.

How did Terri Schiavo receive Numerous Broken bones during her 15 year stay in the Hospital?

After all this hopefully she will be laid to rest in Peace. I wish her family the best of luck and best wishes.

Supreme Court Compares File Sharing To Old Time Video Recorders.

In Recent Supreme Court case, the Justices compared file sharing with old time Video, and cassette recorders. This is the latest case from the Music industry vs File Sharing Networks. This time they wanted the Justices to allow for the music industry to Sue any programmers that make File Sharing programs.

Lucky for the Internet in a whole, the Justices questioned this. And I agree with them. Now I use ITunes to purchase my music. But this newest idea by the Music industry seems that it could of been more trouble then its worth. Guess the Music Industry for now is going to have to deal with the Pirates... Just like the Game Companies have too. Lets just hope they don't come up with there own StarFox to help fight pirates.... Cause no matter what you do, someone is going to steal your work.. Sad, but its true.

Federal Court Approves Schiavo Review

11Th circuit Court Of Appeals Approved a review of Schiavos case today. For all that have not kept up on this story. Schiavo is still alive after 13 days without food tube connected. Man for someone that doesn't want to live this way, sure seems to be fighting it.

Also Schiavo is being given morphine. Now why would someone need morphine if the process of starving her is suppose to be painless? I mean the doctors have said before that she can't feel it, and is in a state of Euphoria.

Michael Jackson Prediction

It's hard not to write about this guy. I grew up listening to his songs Thriller, Beat It. But today people are not listening to his songs, but his On going Court Case for Child Molestation. Now I think the guy is the strangest, most weird person around!! But that's not enough to put you in Jail.

So my Prediction is.. Innocent. Do I believe he is? That's not for me to decide in this one. Something is going on, but the Defense has given enough Reasonable doubt to get a Not Guilty. There are just way to many Holes in the prosecution case. From the Kids lies, to the Jay Leno Problem... Things just don't seem to be adding up in this case!!

At any Rate, when its all over. Michael Jackson will be Free, be back to being the Weird guy he is. But hopefully this time, parents won't just leave their children with this guy. If they do, hopefully they supervise Them.
