Will China Launch Nukes At USA?

This is the latest question that has come forth after a Chinese General Said that They will Nuke USA if USA helps Taiwan.

Just more to worry about. Not to mention that we could see another Cold War With China. And this time I don't think we can Bankrupt this Communist Nation, considering Economic Wise they are more capitalistic.

Can China Actually do it? Russia Could of blown us away with Nukes, And we could of done same to Russia. But does Chinese actually have the ability to Launch ballistic Nukes at us? Some say yes. Some Blame Clinton for giving China the Technology to destroy us. But in today's politics who knows.
